Shape into Romosh Elsit and arrange in a baking tray, then brush with the egg yolk and vanilla mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until browned and golden in color.
Pour the hot syrup over Romosh Elsit immediately, cover, and leave aside until completely cooled and well absorbed by the syrup.
Garnish with nuts and serve.
