In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients listed above and mix well.
Form into patties (about 40g)
Crack one egg into a bowl and lightly whisk it. This will be used to seal the edges and brushed on top for a golden color
Cut pastry sheets into 9 even squares
Place meat patty on pastry sheet square
Brush egg on all 4 edges
Place another piece of pastry sheet square on top
Using the edge of a fork, press down to create imprint lines and to seal the edges
Placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Heat oven to 400F
Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown
