  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients listed above and mix well.

  2. Form into patties (about 40g)

  3. Crack one egg into a bowl and lightly whisk it. This will be used to seal the edges and brushed on top for a golden color

  4. Cut pastry sheets into 9 even squares

  5. Place meat patty on pastry sheet square

  6. Brush egg on all 4 edges

  7. Place another piece of pastry sheet square on top

  8. Using the edge of a fork, press down to create imprint lines and to seal the edges

  9. Placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

  10. Heat oven to 400F

  11. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown
