One Pot Beef, Bean & Lentil Ragú
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat

  2. Add grated garlic cloves and cook until fragrant

  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes

  4. Add 93% beef and break it up while cooking until browned

  5. Season with coarse salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and Italian seasoning

  6. Add canned cannellini beans in vodka sauce and canned lentils to the pot

  7. Add whole wheat pasta, bone broth, and water to the pot

  8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through

  9. Top each serving with whole milk skyr or Greek yogurt, parmigiano reggiano, and fresh herbs
