In a large pot, cook the sausage, chicken, onion, peppers, and garlic until the chicken is browned.
Stir in the rice, tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the shrimp and let it cook for a few more minutes until pink and opaque.
