Melt butter in a pan

Be careful as the ramen can burn quickly
Season the fried ramen with salt and pepper
Make the dressing by mixing ½ cup canola oil, ⅓ cup white sugar, ¼ cup vinegar, and 3 chicken flavor seasoning packets
Toss the romaine lettuce, scallions, and fried ramen with the dressing
