Ramen Salad
  1. Melt butter in a pan

  2. Crush the ramen noodles and fry them in the pan until crispy, about 5 minutes

  3. Be careful as the ramen can burn quickly

  4. Season the fried ramen with salt and pepper

  5. Make the dressing by mixing ½ cup canola oil, ⅓ cup white sugar, ¼ cup vinegar, and 3 chicken flavor seasoning packets

  6. Toss the romaine lettuce, scallions, and fried ramen with the dressing
