Rhubarb Custard Cake
  1. Make the cake according to box directions.

  2. Pour the cake mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.

  3. Mix 4 cups of diced rhubarb with 2 cups white sugar.

  4. Spoon the rhubarb and sugar mixture over the top of the cake mixture.

  5. Pour 2 cups of cream over the top.

  6. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool.

  8. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
