Ultimate Steak Seasoning Butter
Herb Lemon and Caper Butter for new potatoes, fish or pork
Spicy Nduja Butter for crusty bread, fish, pasta or vegetables
Maple, Cinnamon and Pecan Butter for banana bread, waffles, scotch pancakes or crumpets.
Place the butter in a large bowl and whisk until softened and smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients for each flavour, taste adjust, then use a spatula to mix together thoroughly.
Spoon the butter mix into a rough log shape (about 20cm long) in the middle of a large square of greaseproof paper, then tightly roll in the paper and twist the ends to seal.
Store in the fridge for up to a week and use as needed.
