Roughly chop your prawns and add in the grated ginger, salt, pepper, and honey. Put to the side
Run both sides of your rice paper under cold water for about 5 seconds and lay down on a wooden surface
Fold all the corners over to create a square shape
Add a tbsp of the prawn mixture in the middle, and then pleat the corners until it is completely enclosed (NOTE; ensure your hands are not greasy as the grease will prevent the rice paper from sticking together at the top)
Steam for about 5 minutes and then top with tamari sauce and enjoy!!
