  1. Roughly chop your prawns and add in the grated ginger, salt, pepper, and honey. Put to the side

  2. Run both sides of your rice paper under cold water for about 5 seconds and lay down on a wooden surface

  3. Fold all the corners over to create a square shape

  4. Add a tbsp of the prawn mixture in the middle, and then pleat the corners until it is completely enclosed (NOTE; ensure your hands are not greasy as the grease will prevent the rice paper from sticking together at the top)

  5. Steam for about 5 minutes and then top with tamari sauce and enjoy!!
