Chermoula Spice Blend
  1. Mix together all the seasonings. Store in an airtight jar or container.

  2. Add 1 cup of fresh cilantro, 1 cup of fresh parsley, and 2 teaspoons of spice blend to a food processor. Process until the herbs are chopped. Drizzle in ¼ cup of olive oil. Add more chermoula seasoning to taste.

  3. Use 1.5 tablespoons for every pound of meat. Add more to taste.
