High Protein Banana Pudding
  1. Start with 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt in a bowl

  2. Add one capful of vanilla extract to the yogurt

  3. Mix in zero sugar banana cream instant pudding

  4. Add zero sugar whipped cream to the mixture

  5. Blend the mixture with half a banana until desired consistency is reached

  6. Add a little more whipped cream after blending

  7. Layer the pudding in a serving dish starting with mini vanilla wafers

  8. Add a layer of sliced banana

  9. Add a layer of whipped cream

  10. Repeat layering with cookies, banana, and whipped cream for a second layer

  11. Top with additional whipped cream

  12. Sprinkle crushed mini vanilla wafers on top

  13. Refrigerate until ready to serve
