Blackened Fish Tacos
  1. Mix together red and green cabbage, mayonnaise, and fresh cilantro

  2. Add fresh lime juice, mango, and jalapeños to the cabbage mixture

  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix well

  4. Coat cod with oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ground cumin, and paprika

  5. Place seasoned fish on a parchment paper-lined baking tray

  6. Bake at 400-425°F for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness

  7. Blend sour cream, avocado, jalapeño, garlic clove, cilantro, and lime juice until smooth

  8. Season sauce with salt and pepper

  9. Assemble tacos by adding slaw and fish to tortillas

  10. Top with avocado sauce and garnish with fresh lime
