Homemade Focaccia
  1. Mix 500g strong white bread flour with 425ml lukewarm water

  2. Add 10g fresh yeast or 3g dried yeast to the mixture

  3. Add 50ml olive oil and 12g salt

  4. Add 25ml lukewarm water and mix until dough reaches desired consistency

  5. Note: If using flour with protein content below 14g per 100g, reduce water slightly

  6. Add desired toppings to the dough

  7. Bake at 230°C in a conventional oven for 30 minutes
