Preheat oven 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
In an 8x8 inch glass baking dish, layer 8 slices of the crumbled bacon, 1 cup of cheddar, garlic and minced jalapeno. Slowly pour egg mixture into the dish, trying not to disturb the layers too much.
Bake about 10 min, until eggs are set around the eggs but still wet in the middle.
Remove from oven an drop small pieces of cream cheese evenly over the casserole. Layer with remaining ½ cup cheddar, sliced jalapeno, and last 4 slices crumbled bacon.
Bake 20-25 more minutes until eggs are set.
Remove from oven and top with green onions.
