Cheese sauce:
Salt to taste
Add all the base ingredients in a baking tray. Cover in foil and bake in the oven at 180 for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
For the cheese sauce steam the cauliflower and potato and add into a blender with the remaining cheese sauce ingredients and blitz until smooth. Pour over the rice bake and pop back into the oven for another 15mins to go nice and golden brown!
