Vietnamese Salad Dressing
  1. Combine sugar, fish sauce, vinegar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and cool until warm.

  3. Add VERY FINELY minced chilli, and garlic.

  4. Jar and refrigerate for up to a month.
