In a cold pan, add 1 cup of finely minced garlic and 1 cup of oil before turning on the heat.
Turn the burner to medium-low and stir occasionally.
Pull the garlic off the heat the moment they turn a light golden brown.
Strain immediately into a heat-proof bowl, keeping the crispy bits and the flavored oil separate.
Take your cooked rice and break up any clumps.
Add the crispy garlic bits and mix them evenly into the rice.
Drizzle with garlic oil, then season with salt and pepper.
