No Bake Peanut Butter Oaty Bars (vegan, Gluten & Soy Free)
  1. Line a 9x9" (or similar size) square tin with baking paper

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla & salt

  3. Add in the oats, chocolate chips, cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds; mix until well combined

  4. Spoon this into your tin and press down until even (I place a piece of parchment paper over and press down to avoid getting my hands sticky)

  5. Place in the freezer for 30-40 mins until set, then take out and slice into 9 squares
