Microwave the berries for 45–60 seconds, mash them, then microwave another 30–60 seconds until soft.
If they’re watery, spoon off some of the extra liquid.
Blend the yogurt, eggs, banana, monk fruit, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour the base into a small pan.
Air fry at 285°F for 8–12 minutes so the top starts to set.
Add the berry mixture on top and lightly swirl it in. Keep it mostly near the surface so it doesn’t sink and make the center watery.
Air fry again at 285°F for another 15–25 minutes.
It’s done when the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle, but isn’t liquid.
Let it sit for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 1–3 hours or overnight.
Once it’s cooled, drizzle honey on top and add fresh golden kiwi if you want.
