Crispy Orange Oyster Mushrooms
  1. Tear the mushrooms into shreds then place in a bowl with soy sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated.

  2. Heat up a pan on medium/high heat add the oil then fry the mushrooms in batches (don't overcrowd the pan). Once done, set aside.

  3. Make the sauce in a jar and mix well. In a small bowl make the slurry and set aside.

  4. In the pan add the onions and pepper then fry for approx 3 minutes. Add the sauce with the slurry (if too thick add water until you have the consistency you want).

  5. Add the mushrooms and coat well.

  6. Serve up with rice/noodles and enjoy!
