Bang Bang Spicy Chicken Salad
  1. Cut the chicken into strips and air fry for 9 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, unsweetened corn, peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes, jalapeno, grated parmesan, and coriander.

  3. For the dressing, mix the plain Greek yogurt, Sriracha (to taste), lime juice, lime zest, sea salt, and black pepper. Add a little water to thin out the dressing if desired.

  4. Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy.
