Brunch Eggs
  1. Whisk together the eggs, herbs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper until everything is mixed well.

  2. Top it with bacon, green onion, sausage and shredded cheese.

  3. Bake in a 425 degree over for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set.

  4. Garnish with Cherry Tomatoes and Green Onion.

  5. Yum!
