Crispy Rice Bowl With Sweet Chili Sauce
  1. Mix the cooked rice with the soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, flatten on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for approx. 20 mins

  2. Arrange the cucumber, edamame, avocado and herbs in a bowl

  3. Place the crispy rice on top, drizzle over the sauce and top with peanuts & chilli flakes
