Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over pecans and stir until evenly covered.
Spread evenly on the sheet. Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Tip: Add a pinch of cayenne if you like a little heat with your sweet!
