Bakery Style "tea Cake" Recipe
  1. Beat eggs and powdered sugar until light and airy.

  2. Add oil, vanilla, yogurt, and vinegar. Beat again until well combined.

  3. Sift in dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and food color.

  4. Gently fold with a spatula until just combined (don't overmix).

  5. Pour into a lined and greased 9"x4" mould. Tap to remove air bubbles.

  6. Bake at 175°C in a preheated oven for 50–55 minutes in the middle rack. Use only the lower rod for 50 -55 min,(or until skewer comes out clean) then turn on upper rod for a golden top (last 3-4min).

  7. Let it cool in the pan, remove the paper, slice, and enjoy!
