Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken breasts in a shallow dish or gallon size ziploc bag. Marinate in fridge for 6-12 hours.
Grill chicken until cooked through, approximately 4-5 minutes each side. Set aside to cool, then chop into bite size pieces.
Whisk together balsamic glaze ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes until mixture thickens. Set aside.
Cook pasta and rinse with cool water.
Add pasta, chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, and bacon pieces to a large bowl. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and gently mix.
