Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing the softened butter, ¼ cup of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, along with 1 tablespoon of the pancake batter.
Make the icing by mixing 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 ½ tablespoons of milk.
Butter the pan and add the pancake batter.
Cover the pancakes until bubbles appear, then add the cinnamon sugar.
Cover and steam the pancakes for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the pancakes and add the icing.
