No Knead No Mixer Ciabatta Bread
  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Stir to combine.

  2. Add water and olive oil, mix till well combined.

  3. Cover & rest for 30 mins in a warm place.

  4. Wet your hand. Stretch and fold the dough from bottom to top.

  5. Cover & rest for 30 mins.

  6. Do the second fold. Cover & rest 30 mins.

  7. Do the third fold. Cover & rest for 30mins.

  8. Generously dust the work surface with flour.

  9. Transfer dough onto the floured surface. Gently shape the dough into a rectangle shape.

  10. Cut into 6 pcs. Place onto the pan.

  11. Let dough rest for 15 mins while preheating the oven.

  12. Bake at 220, for 20-25 mins, until golden and crusty
