Mix the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, and old bay together
Gently fold in the crab meat
Add panko breadcrumbs to hold the mixture together
Transfer mixture to a prepared medium sized baking dish
Top with additional panko breadcrumbs
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter
Transfer to 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly
Serve topped with clarified butter
