Mash 1 pack of raspberries and mix with 1 cup @siggisdairy vanilla and ¼ pack sugar free vanilla pudding mix.
Scoop into little piles and freeze for a few hours.
Mix dark chocolate chunks and 1 tbsp coconut oil and melt in 30 second increments until smooth.
Dip frozen pieces in and sprinkle with salt and refreeze for 10 minutes.
The not so fun part - let sit out for 20-30 minutes before eating to thaw a bit. But trust me it’s worth it.
