Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Bars
  1. Mash 1 pack of raspberries and mix with 1 cup @siggisdairy vanilla and ¼ pack sugar free vanilla pudding mix.

  2. Scoop into little piles and freeze for a few hours.

  3. Mix dark chocolate chunks and 1 tbsp coconut oil and melt in 30 second increments until smooth.

  4. Dip frozen pieces in and sprinkle with salt and refreeze for 10 minutes.

  5. The not so fun part - let sit out for 20-30 minutes before eating to thaw a bit. But trust me it’s worth it.
