Preheat your oven to 400.
In a small saucepan, combine the oats through the cocoa powder, plus a little pinch of salt over a medium low heat. Stir together until smooth and warmed through. Pour into a tiny baking dish (mine was 6x4, but two ramekins work as well!) and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for ten minutes, until the chips warm and start to melt just a tad.
Let cool for a couple of minutes, then grab a spoon and start living.
