  6. Sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs over the top, using about one cup.

  7. Mist the top with avocado oil, then cover the dish tightly with foil.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

  9. After that, remove the foil and continue baking for another 25 to 30 minutes.

  10. For a finishing touch, broil the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes.
