Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Transfer to a bowl. Add cottage cheese, garlic, mint and 2 teaspoons oil. Using a stick blender, blend until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, preheat grill to high. Place bread in a single layer on a large baking tray. Brush both sides with remaining oil. Grill for 2 minutes each side or until toasted.
Spread toasts with pea mixture. Top with radish and extra mint. Season with salt and pepper. Serve drizzled with extra oil.
