  4. Fry 1 large egg in butter or olive oil until the yolk is runny

  5. Top the crispy potato waffle with ½ sliced ripe avocado

  6. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado

  7. Add optional toppings such as everything bagel seasoning, chili crisp, chives, or honey as desired
