3-ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Biscuits
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

  2. Add the peanut butter and flour.

  3. Combine everything with your hands until it forms a soft dough.

  4. Shape the dough into a ball.

  5. Place it on a sheet of baking paper and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick.

  6. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into small squares (or use cookie cutters for fun shapes!).

  7. Transfer the baking paper with the cut dough onto a tray.

  8. Bake at 180°C (fan-forced) for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.

  9. Let them cool completely before serving or storing
