In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
Add the peanut butter and flour.
Combine everything with your hands until it forms a soft dough.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place it on a sheet of baking paper and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick.
Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into small squares (or use cookie cutters for fun shapes!).
Transfer the baking paper with the cut dough onto a tray.
Bake at 180°C (fan-forced) for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
Let them cool completely before serving or storing
