Fry the onion and garlic in the anchove oil.
Fry bell pepper once the onion has some colour.
Add the crushed tomato and white wine or water. Add fish broth.
Add chopped anchovy. Add all spices except for parsley, salt & pepper. And pesto and capers.
After the tomato sauce has cooked for a while, add parsley. The longer the sauce cooks the better. Then add salt and pepper to taste and any of the other spices or pesto you might want.
Fry the prawns separately and add to the sauce.
