Mix together the pork mince, dried herbs, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture into 8 balls and then squash into a thin patty.
Place a pan on a medium high heat and add your patties cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile whisk together your egg and season with salt and pepper. Add to a greased baking dish and cook for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees. Once cooked, slice into 4 pieces.
Toast your muffins, then add a slice of cheese, 2 patties, and a piece of egg to each, wrap them individually in foil and pop into the fridge (3-5 days) or freezer(1 month).
To eat, remove the foil, and rewarm in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or once defrosted place in the oven or air fryer for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees. Ensure its warmed all the way through and ENJOY.
