Boil peeled and cut potatoes until fork-tender (around 15-20 minutes).
Drain, dry, and mash your potatoes. Once mashed, add your Cajun seasoning, some salt, pepper and cornflour.
Flatten mixture on parchment paper, using a rolling pin and roll until 1cm thick.
Cut into long strips (around 1cm) your mixture should make around 10-14 fries.
Brush with rapeseed oil, then pop into the airfryer for 15-20 minutes until nice and crispy. Be sure to flip halfway.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy. They are super crunchy.
