Preheat oven to 425.
Slice and pit the avocado. Scoop out enough room in the avocado to fit an egg (go ahead and eat what you scooped out), and place the avocado halves on a muffin tin to keep in upright.
Crack an egg in each avocado half.
Put a generous pinch of cheese over each egg.
Crumble or chop the bacon slice and sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, serve hot.
