Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place all your seeds and nuts in a bowl.
Pour your maple syrup and coconut oil on top.
Mix
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make cookies by spooning your mixture onto parchment paper and slightly flatten the tops.
Bake at 350° F. for about 12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before removing from parchment paper.
For best results store in the fridge.
