  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Place all your seeds and nuts in a bowl.

  3. Pour your maple syrup and coconut oil on top.

  4. Mix

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. Make cookies by spooning your mixture onto parchment paper and slightly flatten the tops.

  7. Bake at 350° F. for about 12 minutes.

  8. Allow to cool completely before removing from parchment paper.

  9. For best results store in the fridge.
