Chicken Cordon Bleu
  1. Spread minced chicken on baking paper and season with salt and black pepper

  2. Lay sliced ham over one side of the chicken (leaving space around the edges)

  3. Lmy swiss cheese over ham.

  4. Fold the baking paper to enclose the filling like tucking in a secret

  5. Whisk two eggs until smooth

  6. Mix flour, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper

  7. Carefully coat each chicken piece in egg then with the flour mixture

  8. Fry each piece for a few minutes per side until golden and sizzling

  9. Move to the oven and bake for 25 minutes
