Spray the crock with cooking spray.
Then salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breasts and set in the bottom of the crock in one layer.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the chicken.
Then pour the stuffing over the chicken, covering it.
In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, soup, and water.
Spread over the stuffing evenly, covering all of it.
Add the frozen green beans on top of the soup layer, spreading them out evenly.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on High for 3-4 hours, or Low for 5-7 hours, or until the chicken reaches 165° internal temperature.
Stir the stuffing before serving.
