Chipotle Honey Chicken
  1. Marinate chicken in Chipotle Adobo Sauce with seasonings

  2. Cook the chicken skin side down for 5 minutes each side. Season with salt while cooking.

  3. 1 cup washed jasmine rice on the stovetop. Add 2 cups of water and drizzle of oil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until water is fully absorbed and rice is tender.

  4. Finish the rice with a drizzle of oil then mix in 0.3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped, 0.5 teaspoons salt, and 1 lime, juiced.

  5. Cut the chicken, marinate it with honey adobo sauce, and serve over the cilantro lime rice.
