Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps
  1. Sauté or microwave spinach until wilted. Drain thoroughly in a sieve, then chop finely.

  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, green onions (if using), red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  3. Scoop 1–2 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten into thin rounds with a spoon or spatula.

  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–12 minutes, until edges are golden and crisped. Let cool—they’ll harden as they rest.
