Uncoil each cinnamon roll and fold into the shape of a Christmas tree, then bake.
Refrigerate the icing from the cinnamon rolls in a zip-loc bag.
Mix the premade cream cheese icing with green food coloring.
Once the cinnamon rolls have cooled, ice them with the green icing and use the white icing as 'garland'.
Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
