Golden Gut Health Soup
  1. Saute onion and garlic on medium heat in oil for a few minutes then add the ginger, carrots, and cauliflower. Saute for another few minutes.

  2. Add lentils, veg broth, and spices. Bring to a boil then cover and cook on low medium heat for 25 minutes.

  3. Blend with immersion blender or blend in regular blender but wait until it cools to do this if you're using regular blender!

  4. Serve with a little coconut cream on top, thyme, salt and pepper.
