Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add pasta, broth, olive oil, and seasonings to a 9x13 dish. Stir to combine.
Stir in sausage and roasted red peppers.
Place feta block in the center. Don’t stir.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 35–40 min until pasta is tender.
Remove from oven, stir in heavy cream, and break up the feta until creamy.
Stir in fresh basil before serving.
