Jalapeño Popper Potato Salad
  1. Grease a sheet pan, and pour over frozen hash browns. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle over ranch seasoning packet. Toss to evenly coat and then bake as directed on hash brown package. Set aside to cool.

  2. In a bowl mix together ranch, mayo, apple cider vinegar and pepper. Mix.

  3. Add in bacon, onion, jalapeños, cheese. Mix together to combine.

  4. Toss with hashbrowns and serve warm or chilled!
