Garlic Parmesan Chicken Biscuit Bombs
  1. Season chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and all-purpose chicken seasoning

  2. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the seasoned chicken until cooked through

  3. Remove chicken and let cool for about 10 minutes, then shred or chop into small pieces

  4. In the same pan, toast minced garlic over low heat until fragrant

  5. Add ¼ cup heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy

  6. Add paprika for color and mix well

  7. Allow chicken to cool further, then add softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly

  8. Fold in shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture

  9. Flatten each biscuit and place filling in the center

  10. Seal the biscuit dough around the filling by bringing edges to center and pinching closed

  11. Place sealed side down in a baking pan

  12. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and fresh parsley

  13. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb

  14. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown

  15. Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter while hot

  16. Garnish with fresh parsley

  17. Serve with garlic Parmesan sauce, ranch, or marinara for dipping
