Season chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and all-purpose chicken seasoning
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the seasoned chicken until cooked through
Remove chicken and let cool for about 10 minutes, then shred or chop into small pieces
In the same pan, toast minced garlic over low heat until fragrant
Add ¼ cup heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy
Add paprika for color and mix well
Allow chicken to cool further, then add softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly
Fold in shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture
Flatten each biscuit and place filling in the center
Seal the biscuit dough around the filling by bringing edges to center and pinching closed
Place sealed side down in a baking pan
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and fresh parsley
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb
Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter while hot
Garnish with fresh parsley
Serve with garlic Parmesan sauce, ranch, or marinara for dipping
