Pour out the juice (approx 200ml) from the canned lychees into a cup and place into the fridge to chill
Place lychees onto a tray lined with baking paper and place into the freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen
Brew the green tea by placing loose leaf bags into a tall glass jug and pouring in 400ml of boiling water
Allow tea to steep for 5 minutes until the tea is golden in colour
Remove leaves/bags, allow to cool down and place into the fridge to chill
Grab a large jug (approx 1.5-2L) and place in 1 cup of ice
Pour in chilled green tea and lychee juice
Add in mint leaves, frozen lychees and lime slices, saving a few lime slices and lychees for the glasses
Stir to combine
Pour into short glasses with some ice, lychee and lime and enjoy
