Mushroom Dumpling Recipe
  1. Add of the ingredients (excluding the wrappers) to a food processor and blend into a mushroom mince (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your food processor)

  2. Spoon about 2 tsp of mushroom mince into each dumpling wrapper and wrap

  3. Heat neutral oil in a non stick pan and fry the dumplings until golden on the bottom

  4. Add 1 tbsp of water to the pan and cover with a lid to let them steam for 1 - 2 minutes then they're ready to eat!
